Kiki & Jules review mostly what is on their mind at the time. They spend about 99% of their spare time chatting or texting each other, jumping from topic to topic. (Honestly, it is a source of humor for their husbands) They started Kiki & Jules Reviews for fun and it has grown into an outlet for their opinions and ideas. They love to read and mostly post about the books or authors they are following. Their main reading genres are: Paranormal Romance, Urban Fantasy, and Romance. They dabble in Chick Lit and Spy Thrillers, and Kiki has a small obsession for YA. They also like to put out some info regarding families, pets, and other fun topics. They do sometimes step out of their comfort zone, so don't be afraid to ask. But all in all it's for Fun!!
With that in mind....Here are some rules to their reviews:
1. To request a review please send an email thru Contact Us
2. Because they do this as a passion, they reserve the discretion to review items of their interest
3. If a book is to be reviewed they prefer .mobi or smashwords since they both read thru Kindle
4. All reviews will be honest, but like my mama always says "If you can't say something nice, don't say something at all." We prefer not to be negative, so if we didn't like it at all or couldn't finish it we would rather send you a kind email stating such.
5. Since they get many requests, if you do not hear back from them in a couple days, they apologize but they will probably not be doing your review. Please don't think them rude.
The Rating System:
Since they are reviewing what interests them, it is not hard to jump that they probably like what they post. But here is a simple guideline using a Star System
2 Stars - Not Our Cup of Tea....but didn't Hate It
3 Stars - We Like It...but not enough to Love It
4 Stars - We Love It
5 Stars - Beyond Love...New Obsession (this is reserved for those items we couldn't put down or can't get enough of)
No 1 Stars...Like said before "If you can't say something nice..."
